I was doing something and I walked in and found Lili like this. I couldn't believe it. We have a climber.....
The a few days later I found her like this......half naked and cleaning out the wipe box. Sadly enough this is now a weekly occurance! She will push anything she can find to stand on next to what ever she wants to climb. I'll go in the kitchen and she is standing on the counters.....yup, we have a climber!

Soccer Game
Isabel is excellent at soccer! She gets several goals each game. She isn't afraid to take it away from the other team but at the same time she wants to share the ball a lot too. She is doing really well and the best part is she is loving it and having so much fun!

It's a BOY!!!!!
So it's official, we're having a boy. He will be coming to us the beginning of January. We are super excited. I'll upload the ultrasound photos in a bit, but just wanted to let it out, now that we are telling everyone.
My family knew because we were in Pittsburgh when I was sick and having 'problems' per say. But we told Enrique's family about 3 weeks ago. They were hilarious. They were going crazy. It was pretty cool. We told them over skype. We were talking to them for about 20 minutes and the girls couldn't wait anymore. So Isabel asked if they wanted to see some new photos and she held up the ultrasound ones. Enrique's dad got it first then brother and sister-in-law, his mom was close to the computer trying to figure it out and then she screamed and didn't stop screaming for a really long time! hahahahaha It was great. They weren't very happy that we kept it so long but they are very excited.

Playgroup
Playgroup is every week at different parks around the area. The kids love it. We get out and at least once a week and they play with other little ones and I get to chit chat with other moms. They were playing in this tube for sometime and they just looked too cute to pass up for a photo. So here they are just playing at the park.

Silly Lili
I was making bread and I turned around to see Lili laying on her belly on the floor putting this puzzle together. She is so funny sometimes....actually most of the time!

Soccer
Isabel had her first game last night. She was very excited for it. They change up the program a bit last year and are continuing it from now on. The 4-5 year olds soccer is called a 'gamboree', which they are all(all 26 little girls) practice together for 20 minutes then they break up into 6 teams and play a 20 minute game. I didn't think I was going to like it from the sound of it but it is a lot better than when Gaby first started. The girls are having fun and that's the most important.
So Isabel stop and tied the little girl's shoe on the other team, she was running by and trying to come give us hugs, and just running. She loves running. She scored 3 goals and was very proud of herself. They all got to play and all the little girls had fun. At the end they all got a snack.
On our way to the van, Lili grabbed the ball and took off. She wanted to kick it and through it in the net and score too! So we cheered for her and she clapped for herself. It was cute. She ran to the field at least 7 times in the time they were practicing and playing so she finally got her time to do it!

Isabel's First Day of Preschool
Today was Isabel's first day of preschool. She has been overly excited for it to start, to say the least. It was only an hour long today. Just enough for the kids to feel comfortable and the parents went into the next room for a meeting and then went back with the kids at the end. She is going to love it!
Days Farm
Yesterday, Enrique had off and so we went to the farm and picked and picked and picked. We picked for 2 hours 7 boxes of vegetables. I forgot to take photos there, which would have been great because we were all nasty! Then we ran to Walmart to get the lids for bottling and I went in all by myself (don't forget we were all nasty from the mud), needless to say, I got a lot of stares.
We got home and Enrique and the girls started husking the tomatillos and cleaning them (in the pool) so we could make the salsa roja and salsa verde. From the time we got home until the salsas were done I think it was 2 hours. It went so fast.
So then we decided to do the other salsa, which uses tons of tomatoes. So once again, the girls are cleaning the tomatoes in the pool, I'm grabbing them to put in the boiling water to get the skin off. I peeled them and diced them while Enrique was chopping the green peppers, chilaca peppers, jalapeno peppers, and onions. The chopping for this salsa took us between 3-4 hours. We were so done! Once we got it in the pot to boil for 2 hours, we left to grab pizza, feed the kids and then they went to bed.
So we planned on the salsa making 20-22 quarts and it only made 14 quarts. I wasn't very happy. It took us forever and it didn't give us as much as we expected. So we were super stinky and exhausted by the end of the day. Lots more canning ahead too!
We canned inside the house with our camp chef stove. We have now come to know we are lucky none of us died! Apparently that is a really bad thing to do because of the carbon monoxide. So we won't ever use it in the house again, to say the least!
