Blocks

While Lili finally did nap, Mateo and I went downstairs to play.  He chose to play with the blocks.  I would build something and he loved knocking it over.  He would do his deep belly laugh.  Then he wanted to do it all himself. 

Nap Time

Today Lili asked to sleep with Mateo.  I knew how it would be but I let her start in his bed.  hahahaha  They liked it, then Mateo was poking her eyes out and wrestling her.  It was pretty funny.  Then I took him out because she wanted me to take a photo of her 'pretending' to sleep in Mateo's bed.  hahaha  She is so funny.

Happy Birthday Papi

We woke up Papi singing happy birthday in Spanish and English.  The kids gave him presents, he had a yummy breakfast then he was off for his many church meetings.  After church, he wanted to keep it low key so we did.  We made him a yummy German chocolate cake and celebrated, which Mateo LOVED!  We love you Papi!!!!!!

Soccer

Gaby is doing excellent this spring session of soccer.  She is getting in there, being aggressive, going after the ball, scoring, blocking goals, stealing the ball away, tons of assists.  I think she finally likes it!  She does have a very good coach this year too.
Isabel does awesome at her games too.  She always has at least 4 goals per game.  She loves it and she is aggressive when she wants to be, and assists well too.
Lili and Mateo just get to play with whomever isn't playing and they enjoy it as well.

Wiggle Cars

I love these sweet ones.  Isabel always takes Mateo on the wiggle cars because he loves it so much.
They are so good to each other.  A tender mercy moment!

Pure Joy

These two were just sitting here watching Gaby playing with the hula-hoop.  They laughed so hard.  She is such a great big sister.  I can still hear them laughing....so precious.
