Playing at the Park

The night before Joe's graduation, Uncle Ralph came down to visit, because he couldn't make it to the party.  We had dinner and then we went to the park down the street from my mom's house.  The kids had a ton of fun.  Poor Lili was falling asleep in the swing.  We left for the park when she should have gone to bed.....she had a lot more fun at the park than going to bed.

Uncle Ralph had just told the kids about 'lightning bugs' and so when we got home, it was dark and guess what we saw....yup lightning bugs.  They ran through the yard catching them and putting them into a jar.  It was fun to watch the kids.  Then the kids went to bed and Uncle Ralph stay a bit longer.  I haven't seen him for so many years, it was really nice to have spent the evening with him, talking and hanging out. 

I also through in a photo of Aunt Peggy and the kids.  We visited her the other day and it was great to see her as well.  Time was too short and we didn't get to have a long visit but what we did get was great.
