Monday was suppose to be the last day of the family reunion however, most everyone got sick. The common thinking is we all got sick from the tortas from Saturday night. Ronnie was the worst out of everyone. She had to go to the hospital and was there a few hours. Angel got it pretty bad as well. I was up all night Sunday night to Monday, in the bathroom not really knowing what end it was going to come out first. Then Isabel woke up sick. Celia was up with Ronnie all night and then heard us so she called the doctor and went to go get some medicine. Isabel took it and went back to sleep. Lili woke up sick and had to shower right away because it was all over. She got the medicine too. Gaby woke up around normal time not feeling good too and got some medicine also. So I literally was in the bathroom between the four of us all night. It didn't hit Enrique and Mateo until some time during the day. We all felt horrible the entire day. AnaLaura's family didn't get it at all, not one of them. So she ended up taking care of everyone else pretty much the whole day. She made the yummiest homemade chicken noodle soup (no noodle though a bit of rice).
However, right before we all went to bed, Enrique and his dad decided to cut Mateo's hair. We always do when they are around this age but I just thought it was funny to do it right then. But he still looks super cute! That Abuelito is sure proud of his grandbabies.
