We went to Antelope Island today. We've been able to see lots of bison, a coyote, antelope, a snake, and tons of birds. We stopped at the visitor's center so the kids could do their Jr. Ranger booklets. Then went through the center learning about the island and filling in their booklets. Once we got to the ranch, the kids got to play and touch everything. We saw a snake it followed it through the barn, the kids got to play on the wooden horses and rope each other. Papi chased Lili forever trying to rope her. She absolutely loved it. We got to go in the houses and cellars too. We had a really enjoyable time. The kids earned their Jr. ranger Badges and were so excited. We stopped at Arby's for lunch on the way home. I was changing Mateo and then found everyone playing 'bubble gum, bubble gum' in front of the car. We were racing the storm to get back home before it poured down rain. We made it then Papi and Mateo watched it on the porch. It was a great family fun filled day....our last summer outing before school (it starts in 2 days).
