Layton House

It's offically ours today!!!  We have a ton of fixing before we move in.  The bank gave us 48 hours to get a list of things done since it's in such bad shape.  Fingers crossed it all gets done.  We're starting tomorrow.  Everyone is coming this weekend to help.  Mark and Joe are on electrical, Dave & Quique are on appliances and leaks, Sean is on deck & outside pruning trees in front so it doesn't look so terrible from the street, joe & Jake are doing whatever else needs help with, Holly is taking kids to soccer for me, and Me- feed everyone and run to the store for whatever is needed to be done in 48 hour!  Thanks everyone!!!!!!
We've come to find out the house has been vacant for over a year now.  It definitely shows!  We are excited for this new chapter to begin for our family.   Hopefully we'll be moving in before Halloween!
